This can be used alone as a quick flexibility program or as accompanying other programs as a warm up or cool down. This is not suitable for prenatal clients and if you have osteoporosis you can modify by removing the roll down.

Mobilise and relax with Maddi

This can be used alone or is a great cool down program. No equipment required. This is suitable for a general stretching program, pre/post natal, low back pain (unless it is discogenic). Do not do this program if you have osteoporosis.

Mobilise and Move. Focusing on spinal mobility and flexibility this stretchy flow can be added to the beginning or end of any workout. Or smash it out on its own. You will feel taller and longer after it!
